About the company
Mali Wirtuozi is a company famous for its extraordinary product - musical toys for infants and toddlers. The entire series consists of 3 teddy bears, resembling the appearance of Chopin, Mozart, and Beethoven, which play 40 minutes of the composers' greatest works.
In addition to popularizing classical music among the youngest listeners, the multisensory toy supports children's mental sphere, their nervous system, and the work of internal organs, and improves their memory and concentration.
The brand is growing rapidly in the Polish market. With the further development and increase in sales, the company needed a business partner to support the logistics aspect, especially in the automation of the order fulfillment process.
The store's owners bought the early existing brand at the beginning of this year (2022). As is often the case with these kinds of acquisitions, certain kinds of previously unforeseen business challenges arise. After taking over the brand, the new owners wanted to focus on completing the legal formalities and stabilizing the cooperation based on the already proven set of solutions.
In this particular case, it turned out that the fulfillment warehouse that the brand had worked with up to that point in February 2022 (i.e., right after Mali Wirtuozi was acquired by its new owners) refused to continue further cooperation due to internal political issues. Let us emphasize again - this was a large logistical warehouse with Chinese capital, so nothing foreshadowed the arrival of such an uncomfortable situation. However, the warehouse decided to focus on servicing high-volume companies - as a result, the contract was terminated for smaller market stores.
